We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Bathroom Design Consultant to join our team and support our growing operations.
A Bathroom Design Consultant works directly with clients to plan & design according to the needs of the client. This role blends creativity, technical knowledge, and project coordination skills to deliver functional and aesthetically pleasing bathroom spaces.
While looking at new ways to Market and promote The Design Studio bathroom department to support the continued growth.
Main Duties
A Bathroom Design Consultant responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Ø Meet with clients to understand design preferences, lifestyle needs, functional requirements, and constraints.
Ø Conduct on-site visits to measure and evaluate existing spaces.
Ø Provide professional guidance on layouts, materials, fixtures, lighting, accessibility options, and finishing details.
Ø Create bathroom design concepts, mood boards, and material palettes.
Ø Produce detailed drawings, renderings, and floor plans using design software.
Ø Recommend space‑saving solutions, accessibility features and ergonomic layouts.
Ø Assist clients in choosing fixtures, tiles, vanities, cabinetry, and accessories.
Ø Prepare product cost estimates, and design proposals.
Ø Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of current trends, materials, and innovations in bathroom design.
Ø Collaborate with contractors and suppliers to ensure accurate execution of design plans.
Ø Address design questions or issues that arise during installation.
Ø Present design solutions and proposals to clients in a persuasive, professional manner.
Ø Support the sales process by helping clients visualize options and make purchase decisions.
Ø Maintain long‑term relationships to encourage referrals and repeat business.

Ø As necessary, working out of the role in order to meet customer and business needs.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience
Ø A proven history of successful bathroom sales
Ø Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Ø Must be a strategic thinker and a have strong negotiation skills
Ø Possess a collaborative mindset and work well as part of a team
Ø Superior time management abilities and capable of meeting deadlines
Ø Excellent organisational skills and ability to multitask
Ø Ability to build strong relationships with customers and industry contacts
Ø A keen eye for Design.
Ø 1+ years of experience in kitchen/bathroom design, interior design, or home renovation retail.
